The result is that you eat less and your blood sugar levels stay steadier. The studies ran separately, not head-to-head, so the data only gives a rough guide rather than a direct comparison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-what-do-real-world-results-look-like\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do real-world results look like?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lower average weight loss is Foundayo&#8217;s main drawback, at least on paper. The bigger risk is stopping treatment altogether. For now, the advice below applies to your current Mounjaro treatment, and to Foundayo once you start it.
