FAQ
How does Hedex Extra work?
Hedex Extra contains two active ingredients. Paracetamol is thought to inhibit the production of prostaglandins, chemical messengers that carry pain signals. Caffeine helps enhance the action of paracetamol, creating a stronger effect that works faster.
What can Hedex Tablets be used for?
Hedex uses paracetamol - this means it can be used for a wide variety of types of pain, from headaches to toothache. Paracetamol may not be as effective at treating pain from inflammation - while it may reduce the pain signals, it will not act on the underlying inflammation.
