Directions
How To Use Vagisan Moisturising Cream
Loosen the plunger, so it can be moved inside the barrel of the applicator.
Attach the applicator to the tube and fill the applicator halfway (2.5g).
After removing the applicator from the tube, insert the applicator into the vagina. You can do this standing or lying on your back. If you find this difficult, you can apply a small amount of the cream to the external genital area to assist.
Carefully insert the applicator as deeply as you can, then press the plunger down to deposit the cream into your vagina.
Once removed, separate the plunger from the applicator and thoroughly clean the entire applicator.
You can also apply the cream without the applicator - simply insert a ribbon of cream roughly 2cm long into the vagina using a clean finger.
You can also apply this cream before sexual intercourse, to help with the symptoms caused by vaginal dryness. However, this product can cause issues with the structure of condoms and diaphragms, meaning they should not be used with this product. Vagisan does not affect sperm motility, meaning that other contraceptive methods should be used.
Apply the cream daily, preferably in the evening. You may need to wear a panty liner after application.
