How To Use Ceplac Disclosing Tablets

Before brushing your teeth, crush one tablet between your teeth and spread the liquid around your mouth using your tongue. Do not swallow the tablet.

Once your mouth has been coated, spit out the tablet and rinse your mouth with water. The red areas left behind are areas where plaque can accumulate.

Clean your teeth, paying special attention to the areas that show up red. Brush until no red stains remain.

To start, use one tablet once a day to see which areas you might be missing when you brush. After that, you can use them as you wish to make sure you are still brushing properly..

Do not swallow.
