I have continued to use simple online…
I have continued to use simple online pharmacy for around 5 months now. I can honestly say that the process has been mostly smooth and efficient for the most part. I have had one issue that did take a couple of days to rectify, the only issue was regarding me not ordering for 1 month and ordering again the following month (a medication break whilst on holiday) after completing the re-order process and highlighting I had taken a break while on holiday, the order got put on hold until a prescriber would get in touch. No problem with this at all, but contact was by email and they are so slow at responding to emails. I waited days for contact and then It took a day for the next reply, followed by me being asked to book a phone appointment. The earliest appointment was 3 days later, and then was cancelled by the prescriber 10 minutes before the call. They did then contact me again by email to say they didn’t know why I had been made to book a call and they would be posting my order that day. I feel that problems like this could be solved more timely, as in my case it delayed my medication and I ended up with a week without any between my last dose and the new medication arriving. It’s the only thing that lets them down as everything else is 5* I have a friend who accidentally ordered 1 strength higher than she should have ordered by accident and the communication was back and forwards for almost 2 weeks before it was resolved because of how long it takes to get replies.

I wanted to leave a follow-up review as I’ve now been using Wegovy for five months, and I’m really pleased with how things have progressed since my last review. I’ve now lost over two stone, which I’m absolutely delighted with. The whole experience continues to be extremely positive. I’ve felt well monitored throughout and have been really happy with the support and service I’ve received from Simply Online Pharmacy. I’ve also been really pleased to receive discount vouchers along the way. As the Wegovy jabs can be quite costly, these have been a lovely bonus and a welcome surprise, helping to make the treatment a little more affordable. Five months in, I’m still very happy with the service and, most importantly, with the progress I’m making. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey and seeing where the next few months take me!
