At Simple Online Pharmacy, we’re committed to providing you with the best value on your medications. We guarantee that if you find any of our prescription medications cheaper from another GPhC / MHRA registered online pharmacy, we will refund you the difference, or match the price*.

Our business is founded on the philosophy of providing excellent clinical care and value for money. We are one of the largest online doctors and pharmacies in the UK, and because of this we are able to operate at a level of efficiency that enables significant savings to be passed on to our patients. All medication is sourced from liscenced MHRA wholesalers. Whether it be for branded products such as Viagra (Pfizer), or Cialis (Lilly), or generic manufacturers such as Teva and Actavis, you can be sure you are receiving UK sourced and licensed medication - we just don't keep the profits for ourselves, we pass the savings on to you.

How It Works

  1. Find a Lower Price: If you discover a lower price on an identical product at another online pharmacy let us know!
  2. Contact Us: Reach out to our patient care team by emailing them at [email protected] with details of the medication, strength and quantity you are looking to order from us, as well as details of the price you have found the item elsewhere.  Please include a link to the product on our competitor’s website and a screenshot showing the medicine, strength and price
  3. Price Match Confirmation: We will verify the competitor’s registration and price. Once confirmed, we will refund you the difference if your order has already been placed, or arrange a single-use discount code for you to use when placing your order.

*Terms and Conditions

  • The price match applies only to products listed on the competitor’s website and is not valid for products from physical stores or third-party sellers.
  • The pharmacy must be registered with the Genera Pharmaceutical Council or Medicines and Healthcare RA.
  • If requesting the Price Match after you have ordered from us, your request must be submitted within 5 working days of placing your order.
  • If requesting the Price Match before you have ordered from us, the voucher code you receive will be valid for 3 days.
  • No further offers/discounts/voucher codes can be used against an order when a Price Match is approved before the order is placed. If you have already placed an order with us using a discount code, we can match the requested competitors price by issuing a partial refund. This refund amount would be the difference between our product price (including the discount) and the competitors price listed. In the case that our price (including a discount) is cheaper than the competitor's price, we would not be able to offer a price match.
  • A Price Match approval is valid against 1 order only.  A new request must be made for every order placed or to be placed.
  • This guarantee does not apply to pricing errors or promotions that are not directly comparable.
  • The price match guarantee is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
