About Our Online Doctor
The Simple Online Pharmacy Online Doctor service allows a patient to complete consultations online to assess suitability for treatment. Our GP's are trained and registered in the UK, and look to make sure that what they prescribe is safe and effective for your condition.
When you complete any online consultation, it’s important you provide us with detailed and honest answers. Just like with a face to face appointment, we can only make sure the treatment is safe for you, if you give us accurate information about your health and current medications.
Some of these treatments may not be available on the NHS, others you may be a little embarrassed about seeking treatments, or you may just not have time to get to your GP. Whichever it is, you can fill out a doctor assessment online, and select be prescribed a treatment that suits you. Please note, that this service is complementary to your own GP’s services, and not a replacement.
Medication for the service is prepared and dispensed from our trusted and registered online pharmacy, and dispatched in discreet packaging to your address. Medication is sourced from wholesalers in the UK, who are registered with the MHRA. You can, therefore, be confident that you are receiving genuine, safe and effective medication.

How do I know this service is legal?
Simple Online Pharmacy is regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to sell medicines online through our website www.simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk
We are also registered as an internet pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You can view our registration status on the GPHC site.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are dispatched in plain packaging, with no information as to the contents on the outside. There is no box or label branding.
Are the medications provided genuine?
Yes. All medicines provided are sourced from the same suppliers your local high street pharmacy uses. These wholesalers include Alliance Healthcare and AAH Pharmaceuticals.
Do I need a prescription from my doctor to place an order?
No. While we can also process orders for patients who have an existing prescription, our service allows for our own doctor to review your assessment, and write a prescription if your order is approved. This is then passed to the pharmacy team to dispense and dispatch your medication for delivery.
What do I do if I need help after starting my treatment?
Contact us or your GP if you experience any side effects from your treatment. If side effects are severe, seek medical assistance immediately, or if the side effects are life threatening call 999 for NHS emergency services.
Do I need to post the original prescription or can I send a copy?
We do not accept copies of prescriptions. We will need the original prescription before we can dispense any drugs.
Can I order repeat prescriptions?
Yes, but you will need a consultation for each individual order for a prescription only medicine.
Is the service confidential?
Your medical data and order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers.
Which Countries do you deliver to?
We can currently only post prescription medication to the UK.
Do you deliver to the USA?
No, we do not offer delivery to the USA.
What will appear on my bank statement?
When you pay by credit/debit card, payments will be shown on your statement under the name Simple Online Healthcare Ltd.
Can I leave reviews on your website?

Why is my order processing?
The order status ‘processing’ means that your order is being checked by our Doctor or Pharmacist. Once your order has been processed the order status will change to complete or, in the event that there has been a problem with your order, the status will read ‘cancelled’.
