Richard is a pharmacist and content reviewer at Simple Online Pharmacy. He officially joined the team in 2024 after several years of working with the company as a contractor. Prior to that, he spent over 11 years as a community pharmacist, building a strong foundation in patient care.

His main focus is on improving the overall patient experience—raising standards and ensuring that every individual feels supported, informed, and confident in their health journey.

Interests

Outside of work, Richard is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach at Ronin Grappling—a local gym that champions diversity and inclusion. He is passionate about opening the sport to women and the LGBTQ+ community, helping increase representation and accessibility in martial arts.
