About Arslan Kaleem

Arslan began his career in community pharmacy before expanding his clinical experience across hospital and primary care settings. He joined Simple Online Pharmacy as a locum pharmacist and quickly progressed taking on managerial responsibilities.

Arslan provides clinical support to prescribers and pharmacists, contributed to the development of internal training programmes, and plays a key role in clinical audits, governance reviews, and complaint management processes. He delivers structured one-to-one feedback and supports ongoing professional development within the clinical team.

Arslan is proactive in identifying system level improvements that enhance patient safety, streamline workflows, and strengthen clinical decision making processes. He is particularly interested in building scalable, governance led models of digital healthcare delivery.

Interests

Alongside his pharmacy role, Arslan volunteers regularly on Fridays at a private secondary school, where he leads and oversees the Fees Department and provides training to the admin staff. He contributes to implementing improvements in the day-to-day running of the school as part of his commitment to giving back to the community. He has been involved in raising funds to support parents who are unable to pay school fees and in helping to provide bursaries for families who are less fortunate.

Outside of work, Arslan enjoys trying different foods and spending quality time with his family.
