How It Works

1. Find a Lower Price: If you discover a lower price on an identical product at another online pharmacy let us know!
2. Contact Us: Reach out to our patient care team by emailing them at [email protected] with details of the medication, strength and quantity you are looking to order from us, as well as details of the price you have found the item elsewhere.  Please include a link to the product on our competitor’s website and a screenshot showing the medicine, strength and price
3. Price Match Confirmation: We will verify the competitor’s registration and price. Once confirmed, we will refund you the difference if your order has already been placed, or arrange a single-use discount code for you to use when placing your order.

*Terms and Conditions

• The price match applies only to products listed on the competitor’s website and is not valid for products from physical stores or third-party sellers.
• The pharmacy must be registered with the Genera Pharmaceutical Council or Medicines and Healthcare RA.
• If requesting the Price Match after you have ordered from us, your request must be submitted within 5 working days of placing your order.
• If requesting the Price Match before you have ordered from us, the voucher code you receive will be valid for 3 days.
• No further offers or discount/voucher codes can be used against your order when we approve a Price Match.
• A Price Match approval is valid against 1 order only.  A new request must be made for every order placed or to be placed.
• This guarantee does not apply to pricing errors or promotions that are not directly comparable.
• The price match guarantee is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
