In many cases, this shortened refractory period may allow you to have sex multiple times in one session, meaning that PE is much less of an issue.

This stress can be one of the contributing factors to sexual dysfunction. Anything that helps to remove it (even if just from a psychological standpoint) can improve your sex life.
