- Severe allergic reactions (skin rash, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face)
- Difficulty breathing (wheezing, especially in patients with a history of asthma)
- Serious skin reactions (reddening, blisters or rash)
Other side effects may include;
- Issues with blood clotting, which may result in easy bleeding or brusing.
- Reduction in white blood cell production

Directions
How To Use Anadin Extra Soluble
Dosage for adults, the elderly and young persons aged 16 or older;
Take 2 tablets, dissolved in a glass of water. Repeat every 4 hours as required.
Do not take more than 4 doses per day (no more than 8 tablets in 24 hours).

Warnings
Warnings for use of Anadin Extra Soluble
Do not use this product if you;
- Are allergic to aspirin, paracetamol, or any of the other listed ingredients
- Have ever suffered from a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding
- Suffer from haemophilia (lack of blood clotting) or gout
- Are in the late stages of pregnancy
- Are breast feeding
Talk to a doctor before using this product if you;
- Suffer from asthma, kidney or liver disease, allergies, dehydration, phenylketonuria (PKU) or G-6-PD deficiency
- Are pregnant
Do not use this medicine if you are taking medications that reduce blood clotting, or any treatment for gout.
Speak to your doctor before using this product if you are taking any other medications.
Not suitable for young persons aged 16 or younger without a doctor’s permission.

Active Ingredients - aspirin 300mg, paracetamol 200mg and caffeine 45mg.
Other Ingredients - citric acid (E330), calcium carbonate (E170), lactose, microcrystalline cellulose (E460), potato starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, maize starch, hydrogenated vegetable oil, lemon avour, saccharin sodium, aspartame (E951), dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, pregelatinized starch and povidone.
