How To Use Paracetamol Infant Suspension

Shake the bottle for 10 seconds before use.

Using the included syringe, measure out an appropriate dose and give orally to the child.

Children aged 2-3 months - 2.5ml, then 4-6 hours later another 2.5ml if required.

Please note, this is only suitable for babies aged 2-3 months if your baby weighs over 4kg and was born after 37 weeks. Do not give more than 2 doses. If your baby is still feverish after 2 doses, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

Child aged 3-6 months - 2.5 ml

Child aged 6-24 months - 5 ml

Child aged 2-4 years - 7.5 ml (5 ml + 2.5 ml)

Child aged 4-6 years - 10 ml (2 x 5 ml)

Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours.

Do not give this medicine for more than 3 days without speaking to a doctor. If symptoms persist, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Warnings for use of Paracetamol Infant Suspension

This product is not suitable for anyone who is allergic to paracetamol or any of the listed ingredients.

Do not take this medication with any other paracetamol medications. Do not give more medicine to your child than the listed amount.

Always use the syringe supplied with the pack.

Not suitable for children aged under 2 months old.

Store out of sight and reach of children. Store below 25C.
