You can receive a Pill Organiser free of charge from our UK registered online pharmacy. If you are on at least 4 NHS repeat prescriptions, our pharmacy can organise and deliver your medication to your door.

With a standard 7 day Pill Organiser, you have to organise your own medication every week. Our Pill Organisers come in a roll of 28 to 56 pouches (1 or 2 month supply of medication). These pouches are easily torn off the roll and opened and they contain your tablets for that specific time and day.

The medication in our Pill Organiser is organised by:

• Time of the day
• Day of the week

For example, if you receive medication twice a day, you will have two pouches per day. Each pouch will contain the exact medication for that time of day.

Our Pill Organiser service means you no longer have to spend time and energy organising your pills or even leave your home! Simply sign up to our service to receive your free delivery every month. We take care of organising your prescriptions from your GP (depending on your GP surgery) and packing your Pill Organiser for you.

What is a Pill Organiser?

A Pill Organiser is the name for a container which contains your medication sorted by time. If you take certain tablets in the morning and certain tablets at night, a Pill Organiser will contain the correct tablets at the correct time of day. Standard Pill Organisers require you to pack them yourself and organise the tablets to the correct times.

Does the Pill Organiser come with a case?

Our free Pill Organiser is a roll of pouches contained in a cardboard box. These pouches contain your tablets and they feed through the Pill Organiser case in the correct time and date order. 

Does the pill organiser contain all of my daily pills?

All of your daily pills will be contained in our organiser. The only exceptions will be any medication that needs to be stored in the fridge or kept outside of the organiser for other reasons.

Does it have a compartment for each day?

The Simple Online Pharmacy Pill Organiser works a little differently than plastic Pill Organiser. As you receive all 28 days of your medication in one box, you don’t have compartments for each day. Instead, the roll of pouches covers every single day of the month and every time slot for each of those days. Depending on how many tablets you take, there may be as many as 112+ pouches in the roll to cover each day and time. 

What is the difference between a Pill Organiser, pill box and pill dispenser?

These are different names for the same thing. They simply mean containers that organise your tablets by day and/or time.

What happens if I have other medication I need to order?

We can order your other ‘when required’ medication, and deliver them alongside your Pill Organiser

Does the Pill Organiser provide a pill reminder?

No. The box is not electronic, and will not notify you when a dose is due. It simply sorts all your prescriptions into the correct times of day, to make it easy to quickly and accurately take your medication.

What happens if I miss a dose?

You can ask our pharmacist or your own GP for advice about missed doses for specific medicines. Depending on what medication you have missed, it may be best to either discard the pouch or take the dose as soon as you can. 

What happens if my medication changes?

Each pouch contains the description of each tablet on the outside of the pouch. If your GP tells you to stop taking a particular medicine, you should be able to easily remove them from your pouch. For your next delivery, we will then be able to make the necessary change.

What happens if I have a medication which needs to be stored in the fridge?

Fridge items won’t go in the Pill Organiser but will be sent in special packaging alongside the Pill Organiser for you to place in the fridge upon receipt.

What happens if I have a weekly tablet?

Weekly tablets can either be supplied alongside your Pill Organiser or, if you let us know the day, in a separate pouch within your Pill Organiser, at the right time and day.

What happens if I have pain killers I only take when needed?

These can be sent to you alongside your Pill Organiser, to be taken whenever required.
