Somixex contains two herbal ingredients - valerian and passion flower. Both these ingredients have been shown to have a mild sedative effect. Each Sominex Herbal tablet contains 130mg of passion flower and 160mg of valerian. While this is a small amount, the combination of the two should help you to relax and feel sleepy.

Adults and the Elderly - take two tablets once per day, one hour before bed.

Swallow each tablet whole - do not chew. Swallow with water only.

For oral use only.
