What does SPF mean?
SPF (Sun Protection Factor) is a measurement of how long a product allows you to stay in the sun without burning. For instance, if you normally burn within a minute of sun exposure, an SPF 15 sun cream would extend that by 15 times, allowing you to be in the sun for 15 minutes before you burn. Sunsense Lip Balm is SPF 50, meaning you can stay out in the sun for fifty times as long.
