Directions of use for Tubigrip Natural Colour Size F

Cut Tubigrip to twice the length required for the area to be covered, with 3cm extra for overlap. Pull the bandage evenly over the limb as a sleeve. Always double Tubigrip back over the limb (cut edge uppermost) to form a second layer. To minimise swelling and reduce pain use a cold compress on the affected area immediately after the injury has occurred.

Warnings

Warnings for Tubigrip Natural Colour Size F

Contains Latex- not suitable for latex allergy sufferers. Tubigrip should be sized correctly to ensure maximum benefit. If no improvement in the condition is seen within 72 hours, seek medical advice. If the sprain/strain is severe, seek medical advice immediately.
