Diane is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and registered mental health nurse with a special interest in women’s health. She regularly supports people experiencing psychological and emotional challenges, using evidence-based approaches.Â
Diane has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma and a range of mental health difficulties using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She provides weight management support by using evidence-based psychological interventions to help build healthier habits and create sustainable lifestyle changes.Â
One of Diane’s particular interests and areas of experience is in the psychological impact of menopause and helping women develop practical strategies to manage related symptoms.Â
Diane is a CBT therapist with a background in mental health nursing. Her work focuses on helping individuals understand the relationship between thoughts, behaviours and emotional wellbeing, and supporting them to develop practical tools to improve their mental health.Â
She has a particular interest in women’s metabolic and mental health. Diane is passionate about increasing awareness of menopause-related mental health difficulties and helping women access evidence-based support during this stage of life.Â
In her spare time, Diane enjoys weight training, cold water swimming and spending quality time with her children.Â
