Ingredients
Serves: 1 portion
Base:
- 150ml milk
- 1 medium-large banana
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
Optional:
Nausea:
- 25g oats
- 4-5 strawberries – topped and halved
- 4g (1/2 inch) ginger – peeled and quartered
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
Insomnia:
- Substitute 150ml milk for 150ml tea of choice
- Handful mixed berries
- Handful pineapple
- 2tbsp lemon juice
Constipation:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful raspberries/blueberries
- Handful spinach
- 1 tbsp honey
Headache:
- 25g walnuts
- Handful kale
- 40g cucumber
- 1 apple – cored
Low mood:
- 1 passion fruit
- Handful mixed berries
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsp cranberry juice
Method
Load up the blender – Add the banana, yogurt, then milk to a blender and pulse until combined. Add any optional ingredients to the blender and pulse until smooth. Taste for consistency and add water or more milk to thin to you desired taste. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days.
