Oral Wegovy standard prices in the UK currently run from £99 to £269 a month before any offers. Providers’ weight management clinics offer different services, support and pricing.

How much does the oral Wegovy pill cost in the UK?
The standard pre-order cost of oral Wegovy is currently between £99 and £249 a month in the UK before any offers or subscription.
The table below shows the standard price for every dose where a provider has published one, along with how each provider lets you save. The cheapest headline figures often sit on six or twelve-month plans or apply only to the first month, so read the conditions under each provider before you commit.

Which UK provider offers the best oral Wegovy price and value?
A limited number of online pharmacies have an oral Wegovy pre-order option in place, and their pricing structure and support vary widely. Below we will take a deeper look at each, pricing and service, to help you determine which may be best for you.

Chemist4U charges £99 a month for the two lowest doses, rising to £199 for the 25mg maintenance dose.
The full range is £99 for 1.5mg and 4mg, £119 for 9mg, and £199 for 25mg. These are pre-order prices, and what they tie into after launch is not yet clear, so check before you commit.
Chemist4U is a pharmacy-led service rather than a coaching programme. For the price you get a pharmacist review on every order, treatment reminders, and the option to order doses in a bundle. Chemist4U also checks each patient’s NHS Summary Care Record.
Numan
Numan charges £129 a month for the starter dose, rising to £249 for the 25mg maintenance dose.
Numan offers a discount the longer you lock in: 8% on a 3-month commitment, 10% on 6 months, 12% on 12 months, and 16% if you pay quarterly upfront. However, the commitment plans have no pause or cancellation option, so if the medication does not suit you, for example because of side effects, you stay tied in for the term.
Alongside the medication, Numan includes its app, health coaching from nutritionists and behaviour change specialists.
Second Nature
Second Nature charges £149 a month for the starter dose, rising to £229 for the 25mg maintenance dose. A 12-month plan takes around £25 a month off each dose, and £50 is available off the first month.
Second Nature sits at the premium end and is built around a structured 12-month programme with nutritionist access, an app, monthly clinical reviews, and a peer community. The annual plan brings the monthly cost down but asks you to commit for a year upfront.
SheMed
SheMed advertises oral Wegovy from £69 for the first month, then the standard price from month two. SheMed’s standard prices are £154 for 1.5mg, £179 for 4mg, £219 for 9mg, and £269 for 25mg.
The £69 is a first-month offer only, so it is worth looking past the headline to the ongoing cost. SheMed has not confirmed what support is included alongside the medication, so check what you receive for the monthly price before committing.
Voy
Voy’s standard prices match SheMed, from £154 for the starter dose to £269 for maintenance, with plan discounts on the starter dose only.
On the starter dose, Voy offers pre-order price of £99 a month with no commitment, £89 on a 3-month plan, £79 on a 6-month plan, and £74 on a 12-month plan, with £55 off the first order. Then the price creeps up.

For the price, Voy includes its app, access to a clinical team, side effect support and guidance for coming off the medication.

Which providers have not confirmed oral Wegovy pricing yet?
Not all online pharmacies have set oral Wegovy prices yet. As the Wegovy pill launches we will keep this article updated. In the meantime, here is what each provider offers and what to expect on pricing.
Boots
Boots Online Doctor expects oral Wegovy in summer 2026 and has not set a price.
Boots include a support package including a 10-week programme covering nutrition and behaviour, a tracking app, live webinars, and 12 months of aftercare for patients treated for at least six months, including in-store weigh-ins at Boots branches.
Asda
Asda Online Doctor has not set a price and is taking waitlist sign-ups.
Asda runs a prescription-and-deliver service through ZAVA, with a clinical consultation, a free nutritionist-written support pack, doctor messaging, and the option to collect from an Asda pharmacy.
Morrisons Clinic
Morrisons Clinic is taking interest registrations but has not set a price.
Morrisons offers monthly clinical check-ins, a dietitian-written nutrition guide, a patient care team, and free tracked delivery.
Superdrug Online Doctor
Superdrug Online Doctor has not set an oral Wegovy price yet.
Superdrug offers a doctor-led service with a medical review, ongoing doctor messaging, with click and collect from Superdrug stores and post offices.
MedExpress
MedExpress has not published an oral Wegovy price yet.
MedExpress includes 1:1 coaching from health professionals, progress tracking, anti-sickness tablets as standard to help with early nausea, and 12 months of aftercare.
Lloyds Pharmacy
Lloyds Pharmacy Online Doctor has not set an oral Wegovy price yet.
Lloyds offers monthly pharmacist reviews, weekly coaching through the Liva Healthcare app, unlimited same-day clinical messaging on weekdays, and access to 1,500+ Lloyds branches for in-person support.
Juniper
Juniper has not confirmed an oral Wegovy price yet.
Juniper runs a programme focused on fat loss and muscle maintenance, with 1:1 dietitian access, unlimited pharmacist consultations, a coaching course, an app, and a member community.
Pharmica
Pharmica has not set an oral Wegovy price and currently lists the pill as out of stock.
Pharmica has detailed clinical information on its page, but you cannot order or see a price. You can sign up to be notified when stock is available.
The Online Clinic
The Online Clinic is not yet offering oral Wegovy. No price or availability has been confirmed at the time of writing.
