Data Use 

By entering this giveaway, you consent to Simple Online Pharmacy contacting you via the email address provided if you are selected as the winner. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw. 

Winner Notification 

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 7 days of the prize draw.  

Winner Selection 

One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. The prize draw will take place on November 3rd, 2025. 

Entry Period 

The giveaway opens on July 23rd, 2025 and closes at November 2nd, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted. 

How to Enter 

To enter, you must provide your email address at the end of the survey. If you do not leave your email address in the survey, you will not be entered into the draw. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 

The Prize 

One (1) winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher, which will be delivered via email to the address provided upon entry.
