With our Money-Back Guarantee, patients who do not experience a 10% reduction of their body weight after six months on the program (and who meet Terms and Conditions stated here) as outlined in their Personal Health Plan, may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Details: Refunds are prorated based on the level of health improvement achieved. For instance, if your health improvement is less than the targeted goal after six months, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the program cost.

To Qualify for a Refund, You Must:

1. Book and attend at least 6 health coaching consultations within six months;
2. Provide at least 24 hours' notice if unable to attend a scheduled session, with a maximum of two missed notices allowed;
3. Actively participate in the program by regularly updating your health progress;
4. Adhere to the prescribed medication plan as directed by our pharmacists for 180 days;
5. Not have used any prescription medication related to your condition from another provider in the 12 months prior to starting our program;
6. Demonstrate less than the expected health improvement after six months, measured from the start of the program;
7. Submit a refund request via email, including your order number and relevant health updates, between 180 and 210 days after your initial consultation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. This guarantee is applicable only to the specific service subscribed and does not cover any additional purchases.
